About Jennifer

Jennifer M. Botting, CHRS, CPBS, joined Insurance Office of America in 2011 as an employee benefits insurance agent. With more than two decades of experience in employee benefits, she has achieved success with both privately held and publicly traded companies. Passionate about client advocacy and innovation, she is dedicated to fostering long-term relationships, driving strategic growth, and empowering employers with benefits solutions that enhance employee well-being and business success.

Working with national employers, Jennifer has gained strong knowledge of employment trends and best practices to help clients develop a health management strategy that balances the requirements of the Affordable Care Act and other legislation while meeting multi-generational and diverse workforce needs. Jennifer focuses on creating progressive healthcare and risk management strategies that lower plan spend, engage members, and improve the overall health and productivity of employees.

Jennifer serves as practice lead on IOA’s Employee Benefits Services Client Facing Operations Advisory Committee. As the client’s advocate, Jennifer’s primary objective is to work with clients to develop their health management strategy and ensure that the scope of services has been delivered effectively. Her expertise consists of contract analysis, multiple funding
arrangements, advising on industry trends, and proactively maintaining compliance standards.

Prior to joining IOA, Jennifer spent over a decade in leadership roles at a national insurance brokerage. She is a veteran having served in the U.S. Navy prior to her employee benefits career. Jennifer is inexorable when it comes to ensuring her clients receive a comprehensive analysis annually in all facets of their employee benefit plans.

Jennifer holds the certified healthcare reform specialist (CHRS) and certified pharmacy benefits specialist (CPBS) designations. She carries a 2-15 license for life, health, and variable annuities in the state of Florida, with nonresident licenses throughout the U.S., and holds her 2-20 property and casualty license in the state of Florida.
