Jeremy Burr joined Insurance Office of America in 2001, where he is currently a vice president of sales specializing in multifamily real estate transactions. Jeremy is a firm believer in doing business differently. The insurance industry is plagued by sameness, which Jeremy and his team work tirelessly to combat by creating new, exclusive, and distinctive products. He also makes himself available for his clients, which goes a long way towards establishing meaningful relationships.

Insurance is tough because, on the surface, opportunities to be creative seem unattainable. However, through many years of experience, leaders in the industry produce innovative solutions so that the client or real estate owner‚ is compelled to engage. Since joining IOA, Jeremy has been rewarded each year as a million-dollar producer for new business written. Currently, real estate comprises over 80% of his book of business, and he has maintained an average retention ratio of over 90%. In 2008, Jeremy established a partnership with Rob Stephenson to combine books of business and hone in on an even greater niche in the real estate sector. This combined effort and focus has created a significant market share of multifamily insurance businesses throughout the United States.

Jeremy earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware.
