Jessica Baca joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in April 2021 as an employee benefits producer. With more than two decades of diversified employee benefits experience, Jessica specializes in fully insured, level funding, and self-funded arrangements. She has worked extensively with both national and local employers across all industries, with a strong focus on the grocery and restaurant sectors. Jessica is highly skilled in underwriting, risk management, ACA regulations, and corporate wellness.
Jessica excels at identifying, interpreting, and monitoring key financial areas essential for crafting innovative health plan solutions tailored to the unique needs of her clients.
