John Knapp joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in August 2004 as a commercial lines insurance producer based out of the Jupiter, Florida, branch location. With over four decades of insurance experience in life, health, property, and casualty, John now operates as a vice president at IOA in charge of risk management and planning.

Prior to joining IOA, John was agency owner for 17 years before managing a large insurance agency with national brokers. He is now very happy providing insurance to local businesses in South Florida.

John earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Missouri State University.
