John Mark Ingalls joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in July of 2025, and currently serves as a commercial insurance producer. He specializes in delivering tailored insurance programs for contractors and manufacturers nationwide.

John Mark’s mission is to deliver proactive, transparent service and advocate for his clients’ best interests at every step. He values meaningful relationships and guides clients to see risk as an ongoing process that can always be improved.

John Mark received a Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics from Auburn University. He holds a commercial lines coverage specialist (CLCS) designation.
