Lloyd Humphrey joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in April 1997 and is now a senior vice president, managing partner, a former member of the board of directors, and he oversees the mid-Atlantic operations of IOA. With more than four decades of experience in the insurance industry, Lloyd specializes in the transportation, construction, special services, and public and nonprofit sectors.

Lloyd is a member of the IOA education team for the in-house training programs at IOA and is an approved educator for the New Jersey continuing education programs. He has been a selected guest speaker at several trade shows and conventions where he has taught classes on truck safety, construction insurance, and ethics for the industry. He also serves on the committee that oversees the errors and omissions program, helping to establish the standards of procedure for agents as well as helping to negotiate this important coverage for the company.

Lloyd earned his bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University. He holds the certified insurance counselor (CIC) designation.

Lloyd is also a longtime supporter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of the Greater Delaware Valley and has served on their fund-raising committee for more than 20 years.
