Margaret “Maggie” Fitzgerald joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in January 2011 and currently serves as an employee benefits producer. She has been a licensed life and health professional since 2002 and also serves in a duel role as a senior account executive/team lead for IOA. She provides high-level consulting services for a large block of business in the Northeast region and thoroughly enjoys the client relationships she has cultivated.

Throughout her career, Maggie has remained actively involved in her continuing education and currently holds the designation of registered employee benefits consultant (REBC) through the National Association of Health Underwriters. She also holds the registered health underwriter (RHU) and chartered healthcare consultant (ChHC) designations from the American College of Financial Services. Maggie also holds the society for human resource management certified professional (SHRM-CP) designation, which she sought to expand her knowledge base in support of IOA clients.

Maggie has superior knowledge of the group benefits market and is a skilled negotiator. She has extensive experience directing the favorable resolution of ongoing claims and service issues, priding herself in the ability to fiercely advocate for her clients in the same manner she would for her family. Maggie believes that her consulting approach considers the professional components of insurance while never forgetting the personal and ficial aspects of healthcare utilization that need to be considered on an individual basis.
