Matthew Foote joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in December 2024 as a commercial lines insurance producer. With over a decade of experience specializing in coastal property, construction, manufacturing, and telecommunications risk, Matthew provides comprehensive risk management solutions for his clients.

Matthew earned his bachelor’s degree in corporate communications and business administration from the College of Charleston. He is a member of the College of Charleston Alumni Association, Urban Land Institute, and the Charleston Apartment Association.
