Reno Caldwell joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in January 2007 as a commercial lines producer with nearly three decades of experience in the insurance industry. He specializes in providing professional liability insurance and risk management guidance to the design and engineering community.

Reno’s foundation of professional service originated as professional practice insurance brokers (PPIB). Today, many of the more than 1,500 architects and engineers clients have been policyholders for 30 years, and the tradition of exceptional professionalism continues with IOA Insurance Services.
