Rossanna Latini joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in September 2024 as a surety bond producer with a wealth of experience in account management and customer relations for clients in need of bond solutions. She specializes in helping construction firms of all trades obtain the necessary bonding. As a bilingual producer, Rossanna is proud to provide strategic assistance to emerging and minority contractors by offering guidance and support as well as promoting diversity and inclusion in the construction industry.

Rossanna relishes the opportunity to contribute to her client’s growth by acting as the liaison between the client and the surety. With a background in administrative support for bond producers, she values proactivity in an effort to maximize surety credit while pairing clients with the right market. Her goal is to engage as a valued client partner to help clients’ companies as they grow in a safe and profitable manner.

Rossanna earned her associate’s degree from Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic.
