Scott Fricker joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in November 2021 as a commercial insurance producer working out of its Boca Raton office. Scott specializes in property and casualty insurance as part of IOA’s commercial real estate team. With a background in commercial real estate, he supports clients across a range of asset types, including office buildings, industrial warehouses, retail centers, multi-family properties, and HOA/condominium associations.

Prior to joining IOA, Scott worked in the financial and securities industry. He brings a unique perspective to risk management, allowing him to better understand the needs and priorities of property owners and investors. His industry insight and client-first approach make him a trusted advocate for protecting real estate assets.

Scott earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Tampa and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Alabama.
