Stephen McCord joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in February 2023 as a Vice President in the property and casualty division. Bringing over two decades of experience, Stephen is based in Dallas and helps lead IOA’s Texas office.

Before joining IOA, Stephen served as an executive vice president for a regional broker in Texas, where he specialized in the real estate and construction industry. In addition to his focus on constant improvement and growth, Stephen has spent considerable time building the next generation of producers and leaders as well.

Stephen earned his MBA in finance and international business from Dallas Baptist University, and he holds the certified insurance counselor (CIC) designation. He has been a featured speaker at the National Alliance Academy Forum, and he has been recognized for his sales accomplishments in numerous insurance industry publications.
