Tom manages the day-to-day operations of the commercial lines division and oversees the client account management process for IOA based out of our Farmingdale, NJ office. He also serves as the Lead Producer for many of our Commercial Insurance clients and is responsible for directing overall strategy. Tom has 14 years of experience in the insurance industry and has earned the designations of Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI) and Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS).

Over those 14 years, Tom has developed a strong proficiency in implementing Commercial Insurance and Surety Bonding programs for employers of all sizes within a myriad of varying industries including, but not limited to, automotive, scrap metal/auto recycling, construction trades including roofing, siding, carpentry, concrete, street & road, excavation, utility, site & paving, general contractors focused on both commercial & residential work, social services, religious institutions, health care including home health-assisted living facilities—nursing homes, medical transportation, and student transportation. He has a strong command of risk management and is a certified Risk Score advocate.

Tom graduated from Messiah College in 2001 with a B.S. in Political Science and a Minor in Philosophy. Tom serves on the NJ Home Care & Hospice Association PAC committee and served as a member of the Association of Automotive Service Providers (AASP).
