Thomas Costello joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in December 2014 as a bonds producer. With more than four decades of experience in surety bonds, Thomas is focused on providing top service for his clients.

Prior to joining IOA, Thomas worked for Reliance Insurance Company as a surety underwriter before joining Wausau Insurance Company as a regional bond manager. He continued to climb the corporate ladder before moving on to Liberty Mutual Insurance by way of merger in 2000. He then joined Robert J. Hanafin as vice president and bond manager in 2005.

Thomas earned his master’s degree from West Virginia University and a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University.
