About Tom

Tom Jones joined Insurance Office of America in 2021. With nearly three decades of experience in the insurance industry focusing on placement, underwriting, service, and administration of a variety of benefit and risk programs for employers. Tom has a passion to create engaged workforces by facilitating an optimal mix of reward elements to balance company and employee needs.

Tom previously served in key management roles for Paul Revere-Provident-Unum, Cigna, and Willis-Towers-Watson-AON for more than two decades of his career prior to merging his firm Enterprise Risk Strategies with IOA.

Tom acts as principal consultant and team leader through the multiple stages of strategic planning, marketing, and directing of the service activities. He also works to coordinate any internal and external resources required for your employee benefit program. Tom ensures that the benefits program is on the leading edge and always in compliance with both state and federal regulations.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Ohio State University. He holds a NASD Security Series License 6, 63, and NASAA License 65.

Tom currently serves as Chairman of a key Craig Hospital Fundraiser. He formerly chaired the National Kidney Foundation Denver Golf Committee and was on the Board of Directors for the Denver Boys and Girls Club.
