LONGWOOD, Fla. (July 7, 2023) – Insurance Office of America (IOA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Miller, CIC, CRM, to the role of managing partner. Steve joined IOA in 2020 as a risk management consultant, and in his new role, he will help lead IOA’s Pleasanton branch in the Northwest region.

A pioneer in the autonomous vehicle arena, Steve leads the mobility and innovation group at IOA. In his 15 years of experience, he has become a subject matter expert in key industries, including construction, food, future mobility, and technology.

Steve previously executed on much of his new position naturally, fulfilling many of the expectations and demands, including leading sales roundtable meetings, recruiting prospects, supporting national sales initiatives, promoting collaboration internally, helping drive sales culture in the region, and leading through influence.

Steve holds the certified insurance counselor (CIC) and certified risk manager (CRM) designations. He also holds a resident property and casualty license in California and nonresident licenses in over 20 states in which his clients operate.
