Insurance Office of America Welcomes Stephen McCord to Its Property and Casualty Division

LONGWOOD, Fla. – Insurance Office of America (IOA) is pleased to welcome insurance industry veteran Stephen McCord to its expanding property and casualty division. Bringing over two decades of experience, Stephen will help lead IOA’s Texas branch office, and he will be based in Dallas.
“We’re excited to have Stephen join IOA and bring his unique balance of experience, relationship-building, and generosity to our team,” said IOA Central Region President Andy Lott. “He possesses an impressive history in insurance and in giving back to those around him in business and his community, both of which are crucial in today’s challenging environment.”
Before joining IOA, Stephen served as an executive vice president for a regional broker in Texas, where he specialized in the real estate and construction industry. In addition to his focus on constant improvement and growth, Stephen has spent considerable time building the next generation of producers and leaders as well.
“Most Companies operate out of a spirit of fear; IOA operates out of a spirit of freedom,” said Stephen. “That’s what attracted me to join this dynamic team, and I’m looking forward to continuing to build strong relationships with my team and my clients.”
Stephen earned his MBA in finance and international business from Dallas Baptist University, and he holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. He has been a featured speaker at The National Alliance Academy Forum, and he has been recognized for his sales accomplishments in numerous insurance industry publications.
