We are pleased to announce that effective December 1, 2012, we completed the acquisition of our newest IOA Group entity, Marshall Solutions of America. Formerly known as Marshall Medical Forms and The Marshall Solutions Group, they provide paperwork management solutions, filing solutions, promotional products and high-end color brochures to their 900 clients, primarily in the medical field in and around Central Florida. With IOA’s horsepower behind them, they will expand beyond their medical and geographical range. Likewise, they will be able to connect their clients to IOA and to our family of companies for their insurance, payroll and technology needs. Their office will remain in their current Winter Park, FL location and we have hired Jon Thurman as General Manager to lead them to further success with us. In addition to Jon, we have hired their 14 employees and producers.
