Randy Hansen joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) as an employee benefits producer and currently serves as vice president. Located in the Pacific Northwest, Randy is a veteran of more than three decades of experience in the health insurance industry. ​His primary focus is managing self-funded healthcare plans, focusing on fraud, waste and abuse, lowering costs, and increasing the quality of healthcare. ​

Randy is also a co-author of two Amazon best-selling healthcare management books, “Breaking Through the Status Quo” and “Life & Death Decisions in the C-Suite.”
