Benjamin “Ben” Ross joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in September 2017 as an employee benefits consultant. With nearly a decade of experience in the employee benefits arena, Ben specializes in fully insured and level-funded contracts, working with employers of all sizes across a variety of industries, particularly in the small and mid-sized group markets.

Ben works with clients nationwide, leveraging his deep understanding of employment trends and best practices to help businesses design benefit programs tailored to their unique needs. As a dedicated client advocate, he ensures that service commitments are delivered effectively and consistently. His expertise includes overseeing day-to-day client service initiatives and proactively maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Ben earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Central Florida. He is licensed in life, health, and annuities.
