Wes Burgess joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in August 2025 and serves as an insurance producer in the Employee Benefits Division. He brings a thoughtful approach, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help others as he begins his career in the insurance industry.

Wes focuses on helping employers make informed decisions about their benefits programs, emphasizing clear communication, responsiveness, and practical guidance. His goal is to be a reliable partner to clients, delivering solutions that balance cost efficiency with high-quality care for employees. He views his role as consultative, seeking to simplify the complexities of benefits while ensuring that organizations and their teams feel supported and confident in their choices.

Since joining IOA, Wes has leaned into mentorship and continuous education to deepen his industry knowledge and stay ahead in a constantly evolving marketplace. His commitment to learning and collaboration reflects IOA’s core values of partnership, integrity, and innovation.

Prior to joining IOA, Wes earned his bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from Florida State University. He holds both his 2-15 Health & Life and 2-20 General Lines insurance licenses.
