Ali Pool joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in August 2012 and currently has more than two decades of experience as a commercial insurance broker. She is a proven adviser who helps her clients navigate and overcome catastrophic natural disasters, major lawsuits, and the complicated and ever-changing world of insurance. She has saved her clients hundreds of thousands of dollars while simultaneously shoring up their insurance program to better protect their assets.

Ali began working as a commercial insurance broker in 2000, and prior to joining IOA, she worked with a major insurance brokerage for more than a decade.

Ali earned her degree from Florida State University, where she was a scholarship athlete on the FSU women’s tennis team from 1996-2000 and graduated magna cum laude.
