Ty Harris joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in April 2010 as a commercial insurance producer. A veteran of the industry with more than three decades of experience in providing property and casualty insurance solutions for his clients, Ty’s focus is commercial and industrial contractors, service companies, manufacturing, mining services, medical equipment, heavy casualty accounts, and partially self-insured group health plans. He has developed long-lasting, trust-based relationships through open communication and takes personal interest in working with his clients to create quality risk management solutions.

Ty and his team offer assistance with indemnification agreements, contract coverage requirements, certificate of insurance tracking, OSHA log tracking programs, employee training logs, claims tracking, claims management, group health insurance program consulting, and much more.

Ty earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama. He holds the certified insurance counselor (CIC) designation.
