Shanna Olsovsky joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in June 2020 as a personal lines insurance producer. With more than two decades in the insurance industry, Shanna has worked her way up through the account management team and now customizes personal insurance programs for high net worth clients to protect their valuable assets. She is diligent in learning what’s most important to her clients and works hard to provide the right protection for them and their family. Shanna remains committed to providing high-quality service and putting her clients’ needs first. Shanna cares about servicing the community with honesty and integrity.

Prior to joining IOA, Shanna worked for an insurance agency that was ultimately acquired by a publicly traded insurance agency that heavily focused on commercial insurance.

Shanna holds both the certified professional service representative (CPSR) and professional in insurance account management (PIAM) designations.
