Devon Compton joined Insurance Office of America in January 2025 as a commercial insurance agent. He specializes in commercial real estate, including hotel master programs, condominium associations, property management, and hospitality groups. Devon’s background in credit risk and lending, with a focus on the impact of the U.S. Treasury bond market on commercial lending, adds a unique depth to his expertise.

Devon is fortunate to participate in IOA’s mentor/mentee program alongside Michael Caffrey as his mentor. This partnership has been a catalyst for Devon’s growth in relationship-building and consultative strategic risk advising. He feels truly blessed to work alongside such a powerhouse of support and guidance. Devon firmly believes in treating others how he wants to be treated, regardless of their size or position title, which reflects his genuine and empathetic approach to client service.

Devon earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics and statistics from the University of North Georgia.
