Cosby Cartledge joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in March 2023. An experienced employee benefits agent for more than a decade, Cosby goes above and beyond for his clients by offering risk assessments, consulting services, claims assistance, employee enrollment, and even outlining updates on insurance-related regulations and legislation.

Cosby began his insurance career as a claims analyst and has worked in employee benefits for multiple major insurance agencies in the Southeast U.S. He is knowledgeable in all facets of employee benefits services, including life, health, and disability insurance, risk management, and more.

Cosby earned his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Mississippi. He holds the certified insurance consultant license for health and life from the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) and is a licensed Georgia life and health insurance agent.
