Leroy Maxwell joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in September 2018 as a risk management specialist working out of the Charleston, South Carolina, branch location. Leroy brings years of insurance expertise and risk management experience helping law firms, manufacturers, and medical professionals manage, mitigate, and transfer risk.

Before joining IOA, Leroy served as a commercial producer with Turbeville Insurance Agency, where he primarily focused on contractors.

Leroy earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of South Carolina. He represents the insurance industry as a member of the Charleston Chamber of Commerce, Berkeley Chamber of Commerce, and South Carolina Association of Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors.
