Rachael A. Pagone joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in March 2024 as a commercial lines producer. Rachael has served as a commercial property and casualty consultant in the insurance industry for more than two decades.

Rachael understands the unique risk exposures of her clients, many of which are in the construction, manufacturing, and real estate industries. For the last decade, she also has built an in-depth knowledge of management liability and cyber liability, partnering as an event speaker with FBI agents, law firms, and IT security companies across the country to bring awareness to clients and prospects on cyberrisk and coverage solutions. Rachael also has a strong focus on captives educating businesses on the benefits of being a captive member.

Rachel started her insurance career at one of the largest global insurance carriers and has served in key roles with insurance companies ranging from production, overall account management, field underwriting, and client-facing positions. Since then, she has served top-tier national insurance brokerages as a producer responsible for growing and maintaining clientele in the commercial middle-market sector.

Rachael earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from Duquesne University.
