Alicia Igram joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in February 2009 and is now the vice president and branch representative of the Aliso Viejo office in Orange County, California. Alicia is a member, past president, and served in other executive board and director positions of both a/e ProNet and the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Orange County (IIABOC). She is a member of the Orange County Chapter of the Society for Design Administration (SDA), an affiliate of the American Institute of Architects, Orange County. Alicia was voted into the IIABOC Hall of Fame as the 1999 Agent of the Year in Orange County, and in 2010, she was recognized as IOA New Agent of the Year.

A second-generation insurance broker, Alicia started helping out in her dad’s life insurance agency at the young age of eight. She began working in the property and casualty field in 1978, and by 1986, she chose to focus her insurance career in the design industry. Since 1986, Alicia has provided professional liability and various business insurance solutions and value-added risk management, loss prevention, contract review, and claim assistance to hundreds of architectural, engineering, surveying, landscape architectural, construction management, interior design, graphic design, and other consulting firms within the design industry as well as construction and technology firms.

Alicia holds the accredited advisor in insurance (AAI) designation.
