Kay Howland is a commercial insurance producer with Insurance Office of America who brings more than 35 years of experience to his work with clients. Since beginning his insurance career in January 1990, he has developed a practical understanding of risk management, cost-control strategies, and complex property and casualty program design. Kay joined IOA in April 2023 and works primarily with manufacturers, contractors, technology companies, and organizations seeking a more disciplined approach to workers’ compensation.

Rather than viewing insurance as a transactional purchase, Kay helps clients evaluate how risk affects their operations, financial performance, and long-term goals. He takes time to understand each organization’s priorities, uncover potential gaps, and explain available options in clear business terms.
