Michael Craggs joined IOA in Birmingham in February 2026 after spending three years with Brown & Brown in Tampa. A 2023 graduate of Florida State University, he holds a degree in Risk Management and Insurance. Michael specializes in serving restaurant groups and hospitality, commercial real estate, waste, and demolition businesses.
