Victor joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in June 2026, serving clients throughout Savannah and the coastal Georgia region. He began his insurance career in personal lines, working closely with individuals and families to protect their homes, automobiles, and personal assets. This experience provided a strong foundation in client service, risk management, and relationship development, while reinforcing the importance of building trust through personalized guidance and dependable support.
As he transitioned into the commercial insurance sector, Victor developed a growing interest in helping business owners identify, understand, and manage the risks that can impact their operations. By leveraging the expertise and collaborative resources available at IOA, he continues to expand his knowledge of commercial insurance and risk management strategies, enabling him to provide clients with informed recommendations and practical solutions.

Victor earned his bachelor’s degree from Presbyterian College and holds Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health insurance licenses. He is committed to ongoing professional development and continuing education as he advances his career in commercial insurance.
