Hilton Francine joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in December 2023 as a commercial lines risk consultant. He specializes in delivering tailored insurance solutions to clients across the security, home healthcare, telecommunications, construction, fire protection, and franchised dealership industries nationwide.

Hilton earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Samford University. He also holds the commercial lines coverage specialist (CLCS) designation.
