Jamie Levenshon joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in August 2022 as a commercial lines producer. Carrying more than a decade of experience running a national real estate insurance practice, Jamie specializes in commercial property insurance for a myriad of clients in the Southeast U.S. Prior to starting at IOA, Jamie worked with a major insurance brokerage, where she assisted property developers and owners with their complex risk management programs and insurance coverage.

Born into a commercial real estate family, her extensive background in property management allows her to provide expert guidance for owners and managers of large portfolios, including shopping centers and apartment buildings. Before entering the insurance industry, Jamie worked in corporate facilities management for a large commercial bank with branches in five states, and then spent seven years managing hi-rise luxury condominiums in the heart of Downtown Miami. Beyond insurance, Jamie is constantly making strategic introductions among her network of prominent clients and other industry contacts.

Jamie has long been involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In addition to attending and speaking at various ICSC conferences from Florida to California, Jamie has served as the 2017 chair of the South Florida Idea Exchange, and has been a member of the ICSC Florida State Committee for several years.

In her free time, Jamie is a serial volunteer, always looking to create positive change in the community. She is one of the co-founders of the Miami-Dade chapter of 100+ Women Who Care, which under Jamie’s leadership raised over $300k for more than fifty local charities.

Jamie holds a property and casualty insurance license.
