Carter Cook joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in April 2026 and is building a specialized practice serving the construction industry. He works closely with clients to understand their businesses, identify potential exposures, and support insurance strategies aligned with their goals.

A 2022 graduate of Florida State University, Carter holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in business. He earned his Florida 2-20 General Lines insurance license in May 2026. Originally from Jupiter, Florida, Carter enjoys golf, boating, and fishing.
