Carter Cook joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in April 2026 as a commercial lines insurance producer. Carter specializes in serving the construction industry, working closely with clients to understand their businesses, identify potential exposures, and support insurance strategies aligned with their goals.

Carter earned his bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in business from Florida State University. He is licensed in property and casualty general lines (2-20) insurance and holds the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation.
