Daphne began her insurance career at IOA nearly a decade ago, where she developed her business skills by shadowing industry professionals to learn the multifaceted nature of an insurance brokerage. This comprehensive understanding of the insurance industry helped her develop a collaborative approach utilizing her team of industry experts to support her in providing best-in-class insurance solutions.

Daphne graduated with her bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama, earning the Summa Cum Laude designation.
