Shane Engle joined Insurance Office of America (IOA) in October 2024 as a commercial insurance broker. He works with business owners and leadership teams to understand their operations, identify potential risks, and develop insurance strategies that support their long-term goals.
Before entering the insurance industry, Shane gained experience in human resources, nonprofit leadership, operations, and technical environments. This diverse background gives him a practical understanding of the challenges organizations face and allows him to approach risk from a broader business perspective.

Shane takes a consultative approach to client relationships, with an emphasis on proactive planning, open communication, and informed decision-making. His areas of focus include construction, manufacturing, nonprofit organizations, and other complex commercial risks throughout Southern Nevada.

He believes strong partnerships are the foundation of effective risk management and is committed to serving as a trusted resource as his clients’ businesses grow and evolve.
