Zack Reimers joined Insurance Office of America’s (IOA) Western Division in 2016 as a risk management specialist focusing on real estate and entertainment. His role has since expanded to include condos/HOAs, alternative risk financing, management liability, and mergers and acquisitions. Zack consults with clients throughout the U.S. and internationally to provide solutions for growing businesses and their employees.

Zack’s goal is to ensure his clients receive bespoke solutions without sacrificing coverage, which extends even further in difficult markets. In the real estate sector, his team helps communities, operators, and developers of all sizes. They provide industry benchmarking analytics, including master and captive feasibility studies, for clients who want alternatives to reduce costs.

Zack earned his bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University. He holds the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation. Zack also speaks at the Bisnow real estate conferences in Southern California.
